M2Tech Srl. is regarded as an extremely innovative company that built up an impeccable reputation during the period when the IT world gradually began to merge with that of consumer electronics, when “computers” became part of the HiFi chain and high-quality D/A converters increasingly came into focus.
Behind M2Tech Srl. are two people in particular, namely the founders Nadia Marino and Fernando Marco Manunta, who, in addition to the Manunta by M2Tech brand as a product range with a particularly attractive price-performance ratio, are now also using the Manunta name for another new product series clearly designed as a designated High-end HiFi line, namely the Manunta Classic Line.
The new Manunta Classic Line – modern classics
The Italian manufacturer sees the solutions in the new Manunta Classic Line as a kind of modern classic, drawing on years of experience and combining traditional design with state-of-the-art analogue technology.
The new Manunta Classic Line will initially comprise two solutions, namely the Manunta Classic Stereophonic Integrated Amplifier, which now establishes the product line, followed by the Manunta Classic DAC/ Renderer, a D/A converter with the option of network integration.

With the market launch of the new Manunta Classic Stereophonic Integrated Amplifier, M2Tech Srl. is quite confident, speaking of a solution that offers everything you need to enjoy music at a high level, a solution that is ideally equipped to act as the central interface of a modern HiFi system.
Four high-level inputs are initially available here for a wide variety of sources, three of which are designed as unbalanced line ins in the form of pairs of RCA sockets, while one input is available for balanced sources in the form of XLR connections.
There is also a further pair of RCA sockets, which conceals a discrete phono preamp designed for both MM and MC cartridges. If desired, however, this input can also be used simply as a line in. MM or MC or Line In, this selection is made using a toggle switch.
The Manunta Classic Stereophonic Integrated Amplifier also offers a Pre Out and, in addition to the obligatory screw terminals for connecting speaker systems, there are also 12 V trigger connections at the rear and a 6.3 mm stereo jack for connecting headphones directly at the front.
Sophisticated circuitry
The Italian manufacturer emphasises the preamplifier of the new Manunta Classic Stereophonic Integrated Amplifier as a special feature, as it is said to be a particularly sophisticated circuit in a discrete design that controls the power amplifier, but also any externally integrated power amplifier if desired, in the best possible way. The volume is controlled by means of Alps RK27 potentiometers and the input selection via relays.
The power amplifier is designed to achieve a continuous output of twice 60 watts into 8 ohms or twice 100 watts into 4 ohms. The dynamic output is particularly exciting, however, as it is specified as twice 155 watts into 8 ohms and twice 242 watts into 4 ohms.
The basis for this is said to be a power supply unit that closely matches the power requirements of the music programme without having to invest unnecessarily in large transformers and capacitors. The Manunta Classic Stereophonic Integrated Amplifier was developed with the essence of music in mind, as the manufacturer literally puts it, its amplifier circuitry is designed to do justice to the dynamic behaviour of music, which consists of a series of short pulse peaks interrupted by longer pauses at medium level.
Control via WiFi
Of course, the new Manunta Classic Stereophonic Integrated Amplifier has all the controls on the front panel that you would expect from such a solution, as well as an infrared remote control.
