Sennheiser Smart Control App in new version

The Sennheiser Smart Control App is the central solution used by Sennheiser Consumer Audio GmbH for the Sennheiser AMBEO Soundbar, but above all for the numerous Bluetooth headphones made by the company, and has now undergone a fundamental overhaul. As a result, this app for Apple iOS and Google Android is now available in a new, greatly expanded form and with a new user interface. Sennheiser Consumer Audio GmbH refers to this as an app that elegantly combines modern aesthetics with an intuitive user interface geared to individual needs.

It is interesting to note that Sennheiser Consumer Audio GmbH actually plans to use the app to control and configure the Sennheiser AMBEO Soundbar as well as the company’s Bluetooth headphones.

Sound Check and Sound Zones

First and foremost, these include the Sound Check and Sound Zones options. According to the manufacturer, Sound Check guides users in three simple steps to the appropriate EQ settings for their favourite music. Sound Zones, meanwhile, allows True Wireless users to optimise EQ settings, noise cancellation and Transparency Mode for specific locations – whether at home, in the office or on the road.

Sennheiser Consumer Audio GmbH also says that the Sennheiser Smart Control App will make it even easier for users to design their own individual listening experience in the future. Different Sennheiser devices can be stored in their own accounts and settings can be transferred between connected devices. The in-app discovery area also offers interesting information about new products and updates from the Sennheiser consumer world. In addition to an intuitive equaliser, the Smart Control App provides access to digital user manuals as well as the latest software and firmware for Sennheiser consumer products.
