IsoTek V5 Genesis and IsoTek V5 Super Titan – Two new reference solutions for clean power at HIGH END Vienna 2026

IsoTek Power Systems Ltd. is marking its 25th anniversary not with a decorative special edition, but with two substantial new power products at the top of its range. The IsoTek V5 Genesis is conceived as a mains power generator for sensitive source components and preamplifiers, while the IsoTek V5 Super Titan is built as a high-current mains conditioner for power amplifiers. Together, they address a part of system building that is rarely glamorous, but often decisive: the quality, stability and current delivery of the mains supply.

Story Highlights
  • With the IsoTek V5 Genesis and IsoTek V5 Super Titan, IsoTek Power Systems Ltd. separates two very different power-supply tasks with unusual clarity. One unit regenerates the mains for low-current precision components, the other filters and delivers high current for demanding power amplifiers.

IsoTek Power Systems Ltd. is celebrating its 25th anniversary in a rather fitting manner: not with an ornamental badge, but with two newly developed reference products for the mains supply of serious audio systems. Presented at HIGH END Vienna 2026, the IsoTek V5 Genesis and IsoTek V5 Super Titan now take their place as the new flagship models within the IsoTek Ultimate Series. The IsoTek V5 Genesis is designed as a mains power generator for source components and preamplifiers, supplying them with a newly generated, highly stable voltage. The IsoTek V5 Super Titan, by contrast, is a high-current mains cleaning system aimed squarely at power amplifiers. Together they focus on an area of High-end audio that is often underestimated: not power for the sake of power, but a cleaner, more stable and more resilient foundation for the entire reproduction chain.

Two products, one coherent system philosophy

With the IsoTek V5 Genesis and IsoTek V5 Super Titan, IsoTek Power Systems Ltd. is not simply extending an existing range. The more interesting point is the clear division of labour. The IsoTek V5 Genesis is intended for the front end of the system: streaming transports, D/A converters, CD players, external turntable power supplies, phono stages and preamplifiers. In these areas, the principal objective is not sheer current delivery, but a supply that is stable, precise and largely independent of the condition of the incoming mains.

The IsoTek V5 Super Titan takes on the other end of the chain. According to IsoTek Power Systems Ltd., it was developed for the component that tends to make the heaviest demands on the mains: the power amplifier. Power amplifiers can react quite directly to restriction or contamination in the supply, whether in dynamic expression, bass authority, spatial stability or the ability to cope with large changes in load without hardening or compression. This is where the new IsoTek V5 Super Titan is intended to operate, combining high continuous power capability with elaborate mains filtering.

IsoTek V5 Genesis – mains voltage generated anew

According to IsoTek Power Systems Ltd., the IsoTek V5 Genesis is the most advanced mains generator system the company has yet produced. Unlike conventional regenerators, which reconstruct a sine wave from the incoming mains signal, the IsoTek V5 Genesis is said to create a new, particularly low-distortion sine wave from the ground up. To achieve this, IsoTek Power Systems Ltd. uses two identical 300 W generator cells, together providing 600 W of continuously regenerated power.

Each of these cells combines a synchronous sine wave generator, a Class AB amplifier and an output transformer with copper-foil screening between primary and secondary windings. The aim is to provide a mains supply that operates as independently as possible from the quality of the incoming voltage. IsoTek Power Systems Ltd. quotes total harmonic distortion of 0,05 per cent for the IsoTek V5 Genesis, rising to 0,17 per cent under typical load and remaining below 0,3 per cent even with particularly demanding connected components. Output voltage is also specified at 230 V ± 2 per cent, a considerably tighter tolerance than standard European mains supply permits.

“We looked at existing regeneration systems and thought ‘we can build something better’. Six years of extensive R&D later, the first Genesis was born. The new V5 version takes this technology to the next level. No other device delivers such ultra-low levels of distortion with such unerring consistency, and the resultant uplift in sound quality is remarkable: clearer, smoother and better defined, more open, dynamic and engaging.”

Keith Martin, company founder and Managing Director, IsoTek Power Systems Ltd.

Four fully isolated outlets

A central feature of the IsoTek V5 Genesis is its four fully independent outlets. According to IsoTek Power Systems Ltd., no two outlets are directly connected to one another, a measure intended to prevent connected components from influencing each other through the mains supply. In complex High-end systems this is not a trivial matter. Digital sources, switch-mode power supplies, analogue preamplifiers and external power supplies can all introduce very different noise profiles into a system.

On the front panel, an OLED display provides real-time information on input and output voltage, total harmonic distortion, power consumption and the status of the generator cells. Since the two 300 W cells can be operated independently, one cell can be switched off when the system requires less power. This reduces energy consumption when not all outlets are in use.

IsoTek V5 Super Titan – high-current filtering for power amplifiers

The IsoTek V5 Super Titan is the counterpart to the IsoTek V5 Genesis and is engineered for high current delivery. IsoTek Power Systems Ltd. refers to almost 8.000 W of continuous power capability and describes it as the company’s most powerful audiophile mains cleaning system. Compared with its predecessor, current delivery has, according to the manufacturer, been doubled, resistance reduced and the copper loading of the circuit board tripled.

Technically, the IsoTek V5 Super Titan uses a Direct-Coupled circuit topology in combination with four seven-stage filter networks. These are arranged in a series-parallel configuration and are designed to distribute the load across several filter paths. According to IsoTek Power Systems Ltd., the filters operate across a particularly wide frequency range and are intended to address mains noise from as low as 5 Hz.

The circuit is rated for continuous 32 A operation. Differential Mode and Common Mode noise are to be reduced, as are high-frequency interferences, with IsoTek Power Systems Ltd. quoting RFI reduction of around 85 dB. In practical use with powerful amplifiers, this is crucial. A mains conditioner for power amplification must not blunt dynamic response; it has to reduce interference without unnecessarily limiting current flow.

Elaborate conductors, KERP and protection circuitry

Internally, IsoTek Power Systems Ltd. uses silver-plated Ohno Continuous Cast copper conductors in solid-core form. The dielectric is Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene, abbreviated as FEP. IsoTek Power Systems Ltd. refers in this context to a Virtual Air Dielectric, an insulation approach intended to minimise electrical losses.

KERP technology, written out as Kirchhoff’s Equal Resistance Path, is intended to ensure that all four outlets are supplied with power on precisely equal terms. In addition, IsoTek Power Systems Ltd. integrates a sequential and repeatable protection circuit which, according to the manufacturer, provides a protection rating of 153.000 A for instantaneous peaks.

A shared chassis for the IsoTek Ultimate Series

Both new models use the chassis IsoTek Power Systems Ltd. calls ISIS, written out as Independent System Isolation Support. This is a decoupled sub-chassis developed together with Kurt Olbert of Clearlight Audio, a specialist in acoustic materials. The purpose of the construction is to keep microphonic effects and low-frequency vibration away from the signal path.

The shared physical format also has practical value. Both the IsoTek V5 Genesis and the IsoTek V5 Super Titan measure 500 x 300 x 500 mm and can be stacked. Via an Auxiliary System Link, the IsoTek V5 Genesis can be connected directly to, and supplied by, the IsoTek V5 Super Titan, allowing both units to function as an integrated mains optimisation system. An IsoTek Optimum mains cable is included with each product.

Conclusion

With the IsoTek V5 Genesis and IsoTek V5 Super Titan, IsoTek Power Systems Ltd. marks its 25th anniversary with a deliberate statement of intent. What matters here is less the physical scale of the two components than the conceptual precision behind them: newly generated, tightly stabilised supply for sensitive front-end components on one side, high-current mains conditioning for power amplifiers on the other. For listeners who regard mains treatment not as an accessory but as part of the architecture of a serious High-end system, these two products are aimed directly at that way of thinking.
