High End 2023 - Velodyne Acoustics GmbH with a wide range of products
Not only the Velodyne VI-Q Series and Velodyne Deep Waves Series, but also numerous other highlights such as Velodyne Acoustics Ultra Feet by Bassocontinuo and In-wall Subwoofers await visitors to the High End 2023 at Velodyne Acoustics GmbH.
Velodyne Acoustics GmbH, the proven specialist for subwoofers, wants to present itself at the High End 2023 with a particularly wide range of products, whereby the company no longer sees itself as a mere supplier of products, but rather as a provider of solutions, and this is precisely what it will focus on in Munich.
Subwoofers for home cinema and stereo in the form of the two new product series Velodyne Deep Wave Series and Velodyne VI-Q Series will therefore be presented as well as new in-wall subwoofers, further novelties in the form of prototypes, but also exciting accessories.
Velodyne VI-Q Series and Velodyne Deep Waves Series
The two product lines Velodyne VI-Q Series and Velodyne Deep Waves Series are supposed to exemplify how Velodyne Acoustics GmbH designs modern subwoofer systems. These product lines are characterised by first-class performance and at the same time comparatively compact dimensions and a timelessly elegant design, so that they can be integrated particularly flexibly into a wide variety of scenarios in the living environment.
In order to provide the user with the most flexible solution possible, both product lines also offer the most versatile connection options possible, and both product series can be conveniently controlled via an app.
While the two models of the Velodyne Deep Waves Series feature 10 and 12 inch woofers radiating to the front plus two passive radiators radiating to the side and amplifier modules in Class D with an output of 350 watts and 400 watts respectively, the subwoofers of the Velodyne VI-Q Series are three solutions with a closed construction and woofers with a diameter of 10, 12 or 15 inches. Here, too, Class D amplifier modules are used, with either 450 watts, 500 watts or even 650 watts of power.
Velodyne IW-600 X in-wall subwoofer and exciting prototypes
At the High End 2023, the successor to the best-selling installation loudspeaker from Velodyne Acoustics GmbH, the Velodyne IW-600 X, will be presented. According to the manufacturer, this speaker features two 6.5 inch woofers, the proven passive cone technology and lightweight carbon fibre cones for powerful bass reproduction.
Also the big brother Velodyne IW-800 with two 8 inch woofers and the amplifiers Velodyne SC-750 and Velodyne SC-1500 will be presented in Munich as further solutions of the Velodyne SubContractor Series.
Velodyne V-Connect System
With the Velodyne V-Connect System, the prototype for the wireless connection of Velodyne Acoustics subwoofers can be seen at the booth for the first time. With this, the company wants to provide a particularly high-quality, reliable and at the same time simple way of integrating subwoofers into the most diverse configurations.
Velodyne Ultra Feed by Bassocontinuo
The Italian company Bassocintinuo Audio Systems S.r.l. has been known for years as a specialist for rack systems and highly effective decoupling solutions. The Italians supply, for example, the so-called Bassocontinuo Ultra Feet and it is precisely these that are now being offered in a special version for the subwoofers from Velodyne Aocustics GmbH, namely in the form of the Velodyne Ultra Feed by Bassocontinuo. These are to be presented for the first time at the High End 2023 in Munich.
When and where – the facts…
High End 2023 will take place from 18 to 21 May 2023 at the MOC Event Center Messe München, Lilienthalallee 40, D-80939 Munich. The 18th and 19th of May 2023 are reserved for trade visitors only, the two remaining days are open to the general public. The presentation of Velodyne Acoustics GmbH will take place at Audio Reference GmbH in Atrium 3.1 in rooms D111/C112.
Getting to the point
Of course, Velodyne Acoustics GmbH will focus on the latest subwoofer models, namely the Velodyne Vi-Q Series and Velodyne Deep Waves Series, as well as the latest solutions for custom installation. The latter already shows that Velodyne Acoustics GmbH sees itself more and more as a solution provider and that this is once again the focus of the presentation at the High End 2023 at Audio Reference GmbH.
