World of Headphones in Essen – Headphones fair at the Zeche Zollverein

With the World of Headphones trade fair, the High End Society Service GmbH wants to do justice to the continued high level of interest in headphones, while at the same time showing all the diverse possibilities for use and the wide range of products available on the market for this purpose, in such a way that interested parties not only find different manufacturers and their products, but also competent contacts for optimal advice. What is more, and this is even more important, visitors to the trade fair will also have the opportunity to try out a wide range of solutions for themselves.

All this can be found once again in Essen at the end of August 2024, specifically at the World of Headphones in Essen, which will take place at the Zeche Zollverein on 31 August 2024.

From a themed area at High End in Munich to an independent event

The World of Headphones was initially conceived by High End Society Service GmbH as a themed area at High End in Munich, where the topic of headphones was to be presented in all its facets in a concentrated form.

This proved to be so successful that the concept was expanded and an independent trade fair event was created. The World of Headphones celebrated its premiere in Essen last year. This year, the event will take place for the second time.

There was no need to change the successful concept; once again, the focus is on direct contact between industry and end customers to ensure optimal advice.

Once again, the High End Society Service GmbH is emphasising – quite rightly – the extraordinary location that can be used for the World of Headphones in Essen. In the heart of the Ruhr area, there could be no more stylish venue than the octagon at the Zeche Zollverein.

The former largest coal mining facility in Europe, which is considered to be the most beautiful colliery in the world, symbolises the Ruhr region and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, according to High End Society Service GmbH in the corresponding press release.

Wide range of products

Visitors to the World of Headphones in Essen this year can expect to see products from around 47 brands, with the range of products naturally including everything that goes with headphones, such as headphone amplifiers, D/A converters and streaming technologies, as emphasised by the organiser.

The World of Headphones organised by High End Society Service GmbH will take place on 31 August 2024 from 10:00 to 18:00 in the Oktogon at the Zeche Zollverein, Bullmannaue 11, D-45327 Essen. As usual, admission is free.
