It took a surprisingly long time for Nubert electronic GmbH to decide to launch a Bluetooth speaker on the market. While many loudspeaker specialists had long had corresponding solutions on offer, Nubert electronic GmbH hesitated for a very long time. In fact, it took a long period of continuous and persistent demand from the company’s loyal fan base until the decision was made in Schwäbisch Gmünd in mid-2022 to actually launch a Bluetooth speaker on the market, namely the Nubert nuGo! ONE.
It must be explicitly emphasised that the Nubert nuGo! ONE is not just another Bluetooth speaker, Nubert electronic GmbH has made sure that it is a solution that stands out from the existing range on the market.
Nubert nuGo! ONE – A Bluetooth speaker with rich sound
Nubert electronic GmbH itself was reluctant to refer to the Nubert nuGo! ONE is a Bluetooth speaker, preferring instead to call it a mobile audio system or even an ultra-compact stereo system, as this was a direct reference to the special sound quality that would characterise this solution.
This compact companion delivers no less than 2 x 36 W pulse power and plays down to a lower cut-off frequency of 55 Hz, as the manufacturer reveals in the data sheet.
Of course, the Nubert nuGo! One naturally functions as a solution that can play music directly from smartphones and tablets via Bluetooth. In addition, the Nubert nuGo! One also has an AUX input and an integrated radio, which supports not only FM, but also FM HD and DAB+. In this context, a radio alarm clock is of course also available and the Nubert nuGo! One can also be used as a radio tuner on an existing audio system.
In addition to easy handling thanks to an IPS display and a rotary encoder, as well as an elegant appearance, the Nubert nuGo! ONE is also characterised by a very long battery life. The Nubert nuGo! One uses a high-performance rechargeable battery that is said to offer a playing time of 24 hours. Charging is very simple via USB-C.
The solution is IPX5 certified and can therefore withstand operation in the rain and splash water.
The new Nubert nuGo! ONE+
At IFA 2024, Nubert electronic GmbH presented the new Nubert nuGo! ONE+, which is a subtly revised model of the Nubert nuGo! ONE.
The Nubert nuGo! ONE+ now has a carrying handle that can fulfil two tasks at once. First and foremost, of course, it serves its primary purpose and thus as an aid for carrying the compact audio system from A to B. But the carrying handle can also be used to carry the Nubert nuGo! In addition, the carrying handle can also be used as a kind of stand to set up the system at an angle when placed horizontally.
