According to the company, the new Cayin CS-805A Tube Integrated Amplifier is capable of producing two times 50 watts and relies on classic WE6SN7 output triodes for the voltage amplifier stage of the integrated amplifier. In the driver stage, 805A glass bulbs of the 300B type are used for the output tubes.

Solid interface equipment

The new single-ended Class A tube amplifier has three inputs, of course designed as a pair of cinch sockets. In addition, there is another pair of cinch sockets designated as Pre In.

For connecting the loudspeaker systems, three pairs of solidly designed, encapsulated screw terminals are available, depending on whether the loudspeakers have an impedance of 4 or 8 ohms.

The main switch is located on the front, a rotary encoder for input selection on the right and the volume control in the centre. Status LEDs provide information about the most important parameters of the Cayin CS-805A single-ended Class A tube amplifier.
