Each piece undergoes a 90-day ageing process before being CNC-machined, polished, and finished to a smooth surface. This material helps suppress unwanted resonance. The headband is crafted from a lightweight magnesium alloy and finished with soft lambskin padding for comfort.

At the heart of the FT13 lies a 60 mm dynamic driver. Its diaphragm is made from a wood-fibre and wool composite reinforced with carbon fibres, manufactured using techniques similar to traditional papermaking.
