The Chord Company Ltd. introduces a network cable in the Chord Clearway Series that is intended to serve as an optimal basis for streaming. The Chord Clearway Digital Streaming Cable is the latest addition to this cable series, which is designed to offer the best possible price-performance ratio.

The English cable specialist The Chord Company Ltd. is now expanding its Chord Clearway Series with a network cable specifically designed for streaming, namely the Chord Clearway Digital Streaming Cable.

This extends the cable series that the English company promotes as solutions with a particularly attractive price-performance ratio.

Chord Clearway Digital Streaming Cable

The new streaming cable, as the German distributor calls it, features a new slim zinc connector for maximum compatibility and improved shielding. The signal contacts are gold-plated.

The core of the Chord Clearway Digital Streaming Cable is said to be high-quality, oxygen-free copper conductors, with a design that uses individually shielded, twisted pairs of conductors plus an overall shield.

Low-density polyethylene is used for insulation and the Chord Clearway Digital Streaming Cable features a compression-free strain relief system.

Available in various lengths

The new Chord Clearway Digital Streaming Cable is available in a variety of practical lengths.

The shortest available version has a length of 0.75 m, the next version is 1.5 m long. This is followed by versions with 3, 5, 10 and 15 m, and at the top end, one finds a version with 20 m length.

According to Drei H Vertriebs GmbH, the new Chord Clearway Series network cable will be available from mid-July 2021. The price range is from € 99 to € 499.
