High End 2025 – Passion for Music in Munich

This is the last time that High End Society Service GmbH will be hosting the world's leading trade fair for entertainment electronics in Munich this year, making High End 2025 a kind of farewell. In any case, this event will once again be the meeting place for the international audio industry.

Story Highlights
  • In just under three weeks, High End 2025 will open its doors at the MOC in Munich, with this year's trade fair themed "Passion for Music".

Over the decades, the industry association High End Society e.V. has succeeded in establishing the world’s leading trade fair for high-end entertainment electronics through the company High End Society Service GmbH and its High End. It is entirely justified to say that High End has been the driving force behind the entire industry for over four decades, attracting experts from all over the world every year. After 21 years in Munich, High End 2025 marks the end of this chapter, as the trade fair organised by High End Society Service GmbH will move to Vienna in 2026.

Nevertheless, in mid-May this year, Munich, specifically the MOC Munich in Lilienthalallee, will once again be the place to be if you want to catch up on all the latest trends in high-quality entertainment electronics and see the latest innovations from international exhibitors.

Four days in Munich dedicated to a passion for music

According to the organiser, the entire industry will come together in Munich for four days, from 15 to 18 May 2025, when hundreds of exhibitors from around 40 countries will present their latest products in the halls and atriums of the MOC Munich. In fact, there will be around 500 exhibitors representing over 800 brands, covering all segments from personal audio and classic HiFi to home cinema and custom installation – everything that belongs to high-quality audio technology.

This year, High End Society Service GmbH is once again focusing on various topics that round off the general trade fair.

IPS – International Parts & Supply – The OEM trade fair for the audio industry

Of particular interest here is IPS – International Parts & Supply, which has established itself as the central supplier trade fair for the audio industry, according to High End Society Service GmbH in a statement.

This trade fair within a trade fair, if you will, brings manufacturers, service providers and suppliers together in one place, creating the ideal conditions for direct exchange within the value chain.

This year, the ALIT Pavilion, which has been realised in cooperation with the ALTI Association, will ensure that IPS is an important meeting place for experts from the fields of HiFi, acoustics and professional audio technology, as the organisers are confident.

World of Headphones

The special show World of Headphones has long since established itself as a fixture. What began not so long ago as a first attempt at the High End in Munich has long since become a separate event series organised by High End Society Service GmbH, but of course it is also an integral part of the High End.

All the latest trends in personal audio devices will be presented in a compact format, and visitors will also be able to try out a wide variety of solutions from different manufacturers. No fewer than 70 brands will be waiting to welcome visitors to the World of Headphones in Hall 1 of the MOC Munich with their latest products.

Soundsclever – High-end sound at a fair price

The popular Soundsclever initiative proves that excellent sound quality does not have to be a luxury. Complete ready-to-play audio systems consisting of components from renowned brands may not cost more than € 5.000,- in total. They offer music-loving beginners an attractive opportunity to approach the world of high-end audio, according to the intention of High End Society Service GmbH.

The systems are marked with the Soundsclever label at the trade fair and impressively demonstrate how much sound quality is possible in this price range.

Immersive audio with Anette Askvik: a room-filling musical experience

A special acoustic highlight awaits visitors to this year’s High End in collaboration with brand ambassador Anette Askvik. She will be presenting her album “Liberty” in a brand new immersive audio mix.

The X-PERT Stage

The X-PERT Stage is the place to be for anyone who wants to find out about the latest trends in the industry. According to High End Society Service GmbH, an extensive supporting programme of lectures and panel discussions is planned.
