Triangle Electroacoustique is once again going all out with the Triangle AIO Multiroom Audio Streaming System, presenting the new Triangle AIO 3 Limited Edition Spring 2022 in Powder Pink, Frosted White, Forest Green and Ocher Red.

With the new Triangle AIO 3 Limited Edition Spring 2022, the French company Triangle Electroacoustique brings colour into play in a product line where this is by all means an essential feature, since it is a central component of the Triangle AIO Series, which as a multi-room audio streaming system clearly represents a solution that can be assigned to the lifestyle segment. The all-in-one system Triangle AIO 3 is to be presented in this special edition in the fashionable colours Powder Pink, Frosted White, Forest Green and Ocher Red.

This should once again ensure that this speaker system, designed as a classic all-in-one speaker system, can be integrated anywhere in the living room as an extremely elegant and, above all, very compact solution.

Triangle AIO 3 – Simplicity from room to room

The Triangle AIO 3 is designed for rooms of up to 20 m2, with two 3.9-inch woofers and two 1-inch tweeters, each delivering 45 watts.

Triangle Electroacoustique explicitly points out that the Triangle AIO 3 is based on the virtues of classic loudspeaker design, such as a discrete crossover, which, according to the manufacturer, guarantees the best results even in this product class.

The new Triangle AIO 3 can, of course, be integrated into the network via WiFi, using a module according to the IEEE 802.11n standard. Alternatively, a classic network interface, i.e. an RJ45 Ethernet socket, is also available.

The Triangle AIO 3 uses UPnP as the basis for multi-room audio streaming; it is even dlna-certified. This ensures that it can access any such network share in the network, and access audio data in a wide variety of formats such as MP3, AAC, Apple Lossless, WAV and FLAC, up to hi-res audio with up to 24 bits and 192 kHz. Internet radio is also available and, of course, two Triangle AIO 3s can be connected to form a stereo pair and several can be linked in the house for synchronised music playback.

It goes without saying that a corresponding app is essential for intuitive operation, which Triangle Electroacoustique offers for Apple iOS as well as Google Android. This also allows access to other online services, such as Spotify, Napster, TIDAL, Deezer, Qobuz and TuneIn. Since the last firmware update, Amazon Music is also directly supported.

In addition to various interfaces such as an analogue AUX input, an optical S/PDIF interface as well as a USB 2.0 port for corresponding storage media, Bluetooth should of course not be missing, whereby Bluetooth 5.0 with SBC, AAC and aptX is used.

The Triangle AIO 3 measures no more than 19.5 cm in height, 35.9 cm in width and 14.9 cm in depth. This is the perfect compromise between compact form and achievable performance, according to the manufacturer, who also emphasises the particularly high-quality workmanship.

The Triangle AIO 3 has a wooden housing, but the textile covering, which almost covers the entire device, is particularly eye-catching. This covering comes from the renowned Scandinavian specialist Gabriel and is already available in a wide variety of colours.

Triangle AIO 3 Limited Edition Spring 2022 – Three new versions

In the form of the now available new Triangle AIO 3 Limited Edition Spring 2022, the French company presents this solution in three new versions. As already mentioned, Triangle Electroacoustique calls them Powder Pink, Frosted White, Forest Green and Ocher Red.

Also available, for the sake of completeness, are Slate Grey and Blue versions.

In each variant, we should not forget to point out that metal applications on the sock and in the form of the top plate provide an extremely attractive contrast.

Prices and availability

The Triangle AIO 3 has, of course, been available in specialist shops for years, and the new design variants should be available soon, according to the manufacturer. The recommended retail price is listed at € 399.
