With the help of an update, the English high-end hi-fi manufacturer Naim Audio Ltd. has now added support for TIDAL Connect, in principle for all of the company’s current streaming systems.

Firmware 3.7 for the Naim Uniti Atom, Naim Uniti Atom Headphone Edition, Naim Uniti Star and Naim Uniti Nova music streaming systems, as well as the Naim ND5 XS 2, Naim NDX 2 and Naim ND 555 streaming players, will be released as of today, Thursday 23 September 2021, the manufacturer promises. A corresponding update for the Naim Mu-so 2nd Generation wireless speakers will follow. The update can be installed quickly and easily via the Naim app, he said.

TIDAL Connect is available to all subscribers of the streaming service. New users can try TIDAL Connect free for 90 days when they purchase a product from the current Naim streaming family.

Subscribers to the TIDAL streaming service can now choose to access the service via the Naim app, or simply select the appropriate streaming device in the TIDAL app for playback. With the help of a firmware update, the systems of the English high-end hi-fi manufacturer now support TIDAL Connect.
