The quite sensational Nubert nuJubilee 145 floorstanding loudspeaker system, which Nubert electronic GmbH recently presented in limited numbers, has long been sold out. The models with the serial number 1 and 2 can still be purchased, however, in the course of an auction at the wolf-activity organization United Charity.
At the end of April 2020, the German loudspeaker specialist Nubert electronic GmbH presented a very special loudspeaker system, namely the Nubert nuJubilee 145, a quite impressive, powerful three-way floorstanding loudspeaker system, which, according to the company’s intention, should express the entire sound fascination that Nubert electronic GmbH has stood for for years and days.
As the name easily indicates, it was not a regular series model, but rather a high-end solution to celebrate the 45th birthday of the company, which is celebrated this year with the Nubert nuJubilee 145.
The basis of this loudspeaker system, however, was of course a series production model, and although the Nubert nuVero 140, the Nubert nuJubilee 145 was even more refined, largely handcrafted in Germany, and conceived in a particularly outstanding design. The Nubert nuJubilee 145 was presented with a bright red baffle, in which the seamlessly integrated numerous drivers stand out in particular, and which forms a charming contrast to the velvet black housing of the speaker. Ruby red, this should stand for the dedication and heart and soul that is put into the products at Nubert electronic GmbH, according to the manufacturer’s description.
The system, designed as a 3.5-way bass reflex system with a 26 mm silk dome, two 52 mm diameter flat membrane drivers and four 180 mm longstroke woofers, was available in this form in limited quantities only, so that the complete line was sold out within a few days after the presentation.
Those who still want to enjoy this speaker now have one last chance to do so, because Nubert electronic GmbH decided to save a pair for a very special promotion.
Within the scope of an auction, the very last pair of Nubert nuJubilee 145 can now be purchased at United Charity. In fact, these are the very first models of the series, namely those with the serial numbers 1 and 2.
This pair will be handed over to the highest bidder of the auction of the charity United Charity. The proceeds of this auction, which will run until 13 July 2020, will be donated to the charity. The Verein Herzenssache will use these funds for children in Southern Germany.
By the way, as if the serial numbers 1 and 2 were not incentive enough for this very last pair, the metal badge on the back of these two speakers was personally signed by Günter Nubert. The speakers offered in this auction are therefore indeed very special collector’s items.
